Want to Refresh Your Day? Try These Tea Flavours!

If you’re feeling tired, or just need a pick me up in your day, then tea is the answer! There are so many different types of teas to choose from that I can’t even begin to list them all. However, I will highlight some of my favorite flavours and their benefits for you below.

Cinnamon Spice Tea

This tea has spicy cinnamon with black tea mixed in. The cinnamon helps suppress appetite and aid digestion while the black tea boosts metabolism. Cinnamon spice also lowers blood sugar levels which makes it perfect for anyone who might be diabetic or pre-diabetic!

Oolong Tea

The name for this type of tea means “black dragon” which comes from its dark brown colour when brewed properly. This type of tea contains caffeine so it might not be good for those who have heart issues or insomnia but it does release energy slowly over time instead of all at once like coffee would do. Oolong helps with digestion and stomach acidity, plus it also can energize the body and soothe headaches.

Earl Grey Tea

Earl grey is a mix between bergamot leaves and black tea. It’s a classic flavour but in my opinion, it’s one of the most delicious! Bergamot helps reduce anxiety and depression while black tea increases energy levels.

Both Cinnamon Spice Tea and Earl Grey are great if you’re looking for something to help with stomach problems as well because they both have properties that can aid digestion.

Green Tea

Green tea contains antioxidants which can have numerous benefits on your health such as boosting the immune system or even slowing down signs of aging. I love green tea especially Kenko Tea because its taste is milder than black teas but still very rich in flavour so you don’t feel like you’re drinking water with sugar.

Rooibos

For those who are sensitive to caffeine, rooibos would be an excellent choice due to its lack of caffeine content (although some will say they experience heightened awareness). If you’re not into herbal ingredients though, then green tea might be better suited for your needs .

White Tea

White tea is one of the purest and most expensive types of teas because it’s made from unfermented leaves. The taste is very light so if you want a drink that will give you energy but won’t make you feel full, then this might be a good option for you!

Yerba Mate

This has been my favourite type recently because it gives me an extra boost in terms of both mental clarity as well as physical energy which I love when I’m having long days or working out. Plus, yerba mate contains essential minerals like calcium and phosphorus to help maintain bone health too!

Conclusion

Let these tea blends help you achieve a better sense of balance and calm. Remember that we’re here to provide all the support, guidance, and insight necessary to make your self-care journey a success.
